Shipping policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed.
We ship all orders through Canada Post. Below are the shipping options we offer at checkout:
Canada : $15.00 minimum
International customers are responsible for customs expenses.
*** Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has shipped.
We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to Black Friday sales, or holiday shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about your order, please email us!
Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays.
Missing Package?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Willow Creek Clothing & Collectibles is not responsible for any lost merchandise. We advise you to reach out to our customer service team; they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!
Package Stolen?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Willow Creek Clothing & Collectibles is NOT responsible for stolen packages.
Unfortunately, due to the unusually high volume orders during the holidays, we are unable to combine custom orders. Please contact willowcreek-lloyd@outlook.com with any other questions concerning your order!
